Prager Brothers is an unexpected delight for this light industrial complex. The honey vanilla coffee cake is excellent! The staff was helpful in making the choice between all of their delicious options. The prices are very reasonable. They have a wide variety of baked goods. The parking is a bit slim directly in front of the bakery, but overall, there is plenty of parking around the area and on the street nearby by. This whole area is pretty quiet, it's a great place to grab a snack and a drink from any of the surrounding businesses. Some days there is local musicians performing at the joining businesses as well. If you look through the windows inside you get to see the bakers work their magic. There is seating indoors and out. Great place to visit all tear around.

We would pick up a baguette, country sourdough, oatmeal cookies and chocolate croissant whenever we are in the area. It's one of the best sourdough and baguette bakery in SoCal. This location is in an industrial complex, so seating area is rather limited. There's also pizza and coffee available.

I’ve had croissants all around Europe and I still prefer the ones from here… they’re just that good. Can always depend on them! Everything else they make is amazing too. I ordered their flourless chocolate cake as a whole for my birthday party a few years ago and it was a major hit. Love u Prager Bros

I finally discovered Prager Bros and Ian now done purchasing store bought bread. I purchased their focaccia bread to go with my pasta dinner and what a wonderful choice I made. The Ginger Molasses cookie is mouthwatering and I could keep eating them. Everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable about all the products. I will definitely be making a weekly trip to this place.

First, Prager Brothers has great products-- I've gotten loaves of bread from their Encinitas location, and it's top quality and great flavor. This was my first visit to this Prager Bros location, and it won't be my last. It's tucked into a corporate park, but they turned it into a place you want to come for coffee and pastries, or for a meal-- some of us had pizza, and the rest of us had one of their ready made sandwiches. We sat on a deck outside and it was a great spot for lunch.

I have travelled far and wide in search of sandwiches but Prager Bros is (thankfully) a local spot I keep coming back to. It's pretty much part of my home routine to order their turkey focaccia and ham baguette sandwiches -- so simple but flavorful. The only downside is the service, which leans towards unfriendly and rushed at times, but that won't stop me from coming back haha!
